All soft goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are returned in an unworn condition and with all original packing and labels attached.

All bats that are made to order are non returnable as these are a custom made option and therefore do not come with the option of a refund or exchange. Bats from my stock range are returnable for an exchange or refund, as long as they are returned within 14 days of delivery, in an unused condition and will be subject to a full check by myself before any refund is agreed.

All items shipped within the UK will be sent via a fully tracked and insured postal service. This means that often a signature will be required for your item. All in stock items will be dispatched within 3 days of purchase. All custom-made orders will be dispatched within an agreed time frame with the customer.
